All created and sculpted items are unique by design and will not be identical. What appears to be a flaw to one person may be viewed at a natural mark of beauty to another. We ship all items with Pelaspan-Pac Natural packaging material which is 100% biodegradable, does not release harmful air pollutants, nor use petroleum based raw materials, and it's completely reusable and recyclable. Please double check your shipment and invoice for accuracy. Inspect each box for signs of damage such as crushed, torn, open, unseamed tape, etc. If you do find outward damage, sign the receipt with the words "Exception-Damage" and contact us as soon as possible. Supply us with the invoice number of the shipment, explain the damage, the number of cartons involved, and whether you would like it to be reshipped, a replacement item, or a refund. If you receive your item and once it is opened, you realized that it is damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of your receipt of the item and we will correct the error or refund your monies once we have received the bad item back in our possession within 15 days of your purchase. Return shipping of the bad item is your responsibility. If an item that you order is out of stock, we will either refund your monies for the item or you may select another item of the same price and we will have it shipped out to you. Non-Defective items can only be returned within 15 days and incur a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack and must bear no marking or be defaced or damaged. If an item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
